I’m wondering what fuel costs around the US.
I flew out of Van Nuys, Ca a couple weeks ago, and fuel was $5.40/gallon.

It was $5.07 the other day at my home drome.

5.35 local homedrome KHZL. FBO
4.59 at N79. About 20 miles away but you pump it.
My CFI will take his Navajo to N79 to fill up. Price difference hard to beat.

TPF - $6.09 100LL

Garmin Pilot. All you do is go to overlays and select "Fuel Prices" instead of "Weather"

Go to air nav,get all the latest.
Even simpler.... Go to Skyvector.com, turn on the FBO and Fuel Layer.

The Green red dot is my location in the DFW area. The area shown is Texas, some of OK, LA, AR, and NM

Same view in SkyVector for those that don't have an EFB app.

Dang! I just got on here to tell everybody about sky vector, discovered it yesterday during lunch while mapping a trip.

BTW around $4.50 in central Indiana.
