Looks like the prisoner airplanes we see in AZ all the time. Hauling illegals back to Mexico and Central America.

I used to see this in Albuquerque, except before the vans pulled up, 30 people would get out of the plane holding shotguns to the ready and circle the plane. Then the vans, usually only 3 or 4, would pull up and 5 or 6 people would get out. One of the folks would literally be wrapped in chains and escorted onboard.

Could this be an L3 flight.??
