It’s not too early to get Charlie his own logbook.
I’m actually serious. I was at a local airport when a pilot arrived for a commercial checkride, in his own twin-engine plane with his dog aboard. He told me the dog has his own logbook, with lots of hours already. I forgot to ask, though, whether the DPE added his John Hancock to fido’s book.
