She was unique. You never confuse her voice with anyone else. RIP
 
Loved the early Aretha and her hit songs back then, 60s & 70s. RIP ma'am, thanks for the music and memories.
 
One of the great Soul and Rock singers of the 20th and early 21st Centuries. Her songs especially define the social climate of the 60s and 70s.
 
She was truly one of the best, and one of a kind. I'm not much of a Soul fan, but I'm a fan of her. May she rest in peace.
