Going to help a friend put his Scout on floats today. Not the first time I've put floats on a plane, guessing 4 to 6 hours. I'll post pics, hope it my work gets me a fishing trip...

Straight floats or amphibious? I haven't done a switchover on straight floats yet but I'd think it would be a lot easier and faster. No brakes or hydraulics to connect and bleed.

Looks like fun. I see some of that Juneau Summer Sunshine in the tower pic, (AKA rain). Just wasn't in the cards to get there this summer. I'll be back next year though.
