Tail wheel sign off in the Savannah area?

This time I really AM asking for a friend.

A guy I work with is from the Savannah area and wants to get his tail wheel endorsement. He hasn't had much luck finding a place to do it that's local. Any one from the POA collective know where to point him?

IIRC, Walterboro is maybe 45 minutes up I-95, depending on where you're coming from in Savannah.

Well it's a bit of a drive, but the CFIs are multi thousand hour AG pilots and they'll probably put you up for a night or two as need at the airport too.

There used to be an FBO at SAV with a seaplane. Guess they don't have a tailwheel?
