Finally, after all these years my bride says I hope she goes to a good home, someone that will really fly her like we do. My response...AH HA! You do love her, she's not just transportation. I got a eye roll and a whatever.

She's nicely equipped and purty. The plane I mean, but I'm sure your wife is too. :D
 
Selling the slowdowner! Say it ain't so! I still remember when you first bought that thing and flew it to W Virginia!
 
That was our first flight bringing her home from Texas. Good memories!
Yeah, a great time. You got your Deb all picked out? Pretty funny, you buying a faster airplane in retirement. I was sort of thinking about slowing down if and when I ever retire.

I’ve enjoyed your write-ups of your travels over the years. I’d say it’s safe to not many people have gotten more enjoyment out of a Sundowner then you and your wife.


Having said that, I do miss the tales of “The Old Man and the Redhead”

Thanks, Dave. We have had many fun trips, and there is more to come.

On our recent trip to Waco we caught up with Sandra, the redhead. Bo’s flight journal is listed on my flight blog favorites, I also miss his adventures and his friendship.
