Can you still become a pilot if you have cut yourself?

Before you answer I have not cut myself every I never wanted to and never will, this question is purely for knowledge and what if, so can somene become a pilot if they have cut themselves because of a mental illness or without?

I've accidently cut myself numerous times on the job.
