Similar can occur when one consumes White Castles before departing St. Louis for a private flight headed for Atlanta. It's most disturbing when cruising at 9,000 feet during night and you realize you forgot your most desired drug... Tums.

The survival of everyone on board depends on just one thing: finding someone on board who can not only fly this plane, but who didn't have fish for dinner.
 
Too bad the FO didn't ask the cabin "Is there a pilot on board that can assist?" It would have made some pilots day!! It would have made mine anyway :yes:
