VOR with no radials?

This one stumped my CFI, and I can find no answer. In the DFW Bravo are 3 VORs: midfield is VOR/DME Maverick (TTT), about 10 Miles east is VOR/DME Cowboy (CVE), and about 10 Miles West is VORTAC Ranger (FUZ).

Sectional chart shows radials at Maverick only. Terminal chart has radials at Maverick and Cowboy, even though they overlap. Ranger has no radials on either chart.

Does anyone know why, and how to use a VOR with no radials?

Denver has similar. DEN is used to define some parts of the Bravo airspace by either distance or bearing. Falcon is used to define crossing bearings on approaches. It use to be used on missed and STARs but those are mostly gone now. DEN is still on SIDs but it is never actually used.

That makes sense. The others work fine for VFR reference points, so I guess there’s no practical reason to add more clutter to the charts. Thank you!

Reducing clutter on the Sectional. The compass rose for TTT is a lot less detailed on the Sectional also
