Is there a source that would provide the lat/lon/alt of Sectional landmarks, such as towers?

How about this?

The Digital Obstacle File (updated every 56 days) describes all known obstacles of interest to aviation users in the United States, with limited coverage of the Pacific, the Caribbean, Canada, and Mexico. The obstacles are assigned unique numerical identifiers; accuracy codes, and listed in order by state.

The .dat files in the ZIP files you can download are just ASCII text. There are ID numbers, nearest city, longitude and latitude in degrees, minutes, and seconds with 2 decimal places, a type (tower, windmill, etc.), AGL height, MSL height, and some more information.

Well obviously I can pull approximate coordinates off of Skyvector or iFlightPlanner websites, but I'm talking about officially surveyed coordinates.
