Are any other Colorado TracFone users finding their service dead for the past several days?

I tried their Chat Page where you should get a live person to help resolve problems. But they do not answer.
Then they provide a telephone number to use TO REPORT YOUR PHONE IS DEAD.
Come on !!!

And have never had any problems.

BTW, I am beneath John by about 200 miles

Dunno if it might be equipment centric --- I use a Samsung Galaxy --- no problems

TracFone uses all the major carriers as an MVNO (there's ways to check to see who's network you're on and the phones don't typically jump networks ), so even two different TracFone branded devices sitting in the same location can act differently.

You may have an outage while another TracFone user next door may be fine. So, "Colorado TracFone user" means nothing. You'd have to ask Colorado TracFone users of the same main network.
