Lindeburg, I have experienced all you are right now! Just got my first airplane a 1947 Bonanza 2 years ago! And like someone said, when you open the Hangar Door, it will make it worth it!
Buy the way, I'd have bought that 170, in a Heartbeat, Love it! Love 170's, and that my Friend is a Beauty! Go to flight following and read my reintro, if you'd like to see my Bonanza!
