A couple of years ago I ran across a website selling a whole bunch of interesting RF kit devices, amongst which was a uc based impedance meter. I don't remember whether it gave the data in rho-theta or r+jx, but it was fairly inexpensive ... less than a hundred bucks as I recall. Now, of course, I can't find that site anywhere.

Anybody got a clue where that site is or if it still exists?

Thanks,

Jim

Sort of, although this one leaves out the real ("R") part. The one I saw was complete with pc board, terminals and all that stuff that takes days and weeks to accumulate.

I could be wrong, but as I remember, the one I saw let me run watts through it so that I could find the input impedance of a class C output device under actual driver load. Or maybe it was with an external bypass that split off a sniff of the RF while still driving the output device. I misremember.
