Recommendation on an engine dehydration system?

Black Max
EICU Gen III
Tempest AA1000
Any others?

I realize the best solution is to fly but frequently that's not possible.

I'm concerned mostly with ease of attaching post flight.

I have a BlackMax and like it.

Does it actually do anything, I have no idea. But it makes reasonable sense so I use it.

What's involved in attaching the Black Max post flight? I can't find the owners manual online? This would be on an IO-520.

Some one please explain how water lying below the oil can be evaporated ?

Water does sink to the bottom of the oil sump

How long do the desiccant beads last before needing recharged
You'd have to check specific manufacturers recommendations. Some desiccant have colored humidity indicators. Airlines that use them in their engines, in storage, change them at specific time intervals, like every 14 days.

How long do the desiccant beads last before needing to be recharged? I'm trying to decide between the Black Max the one made by Jerry Olson. Those seem to be the two most frequently referenced online.
Depends on the environment. During the summer when it's humid, about 4-6 weeks. In the winter about 3 months.

He gives you two batches of desiccant so I always have one ready.
