Is this a Helium Balloon?

Flew by this fellow Saturday going into SVH on a Pilots N Paws Run--can anyone say if this is a helium balloon? Reason I ask is it doesn't appear to have the same shape as the hot air ones and also it was about noon and I dont think the hot air ones fly in midday.

Yep. Looks like one of the high altitude ones

Thanks for that! It was about 2000 AGL and at the time assumed it was a people carrying balloon.

Could just as easily be a gondola with passengers in it.
