Pilot advocate AME in Houston

I have a challenging medical to get through. Are there any recommendations, for AME's in the Houston area, that have reputations for helping with difficult first or second class medicals?

Is Dr Orsak a Senior AME? I believe you have to be a senior to do 1st class... He did my initial medical many many years ago in Friendswood.
