Yeah, I think it has more to do with certain people's insecurity :)

I like that it is an executive order and the second one at that. So in that area the second most important thing to take care of was that someone would have a cell phone in the potty. Time to elect new people I would say.

its become a serious issue in locker room lately. its not talking on the phone that is the problem, its taking pictures with the phone thats the issue. ive never seen a sign on a bathroom though.

I cannot stand the guys who insist on talking on the phone in bathroom. Can't they just do one thing at a time and leave the poor sod on the other end of the phone to go to vMail instead of subjecting every one to a conversation when we are busy with other business.

Talking in the mens room is just a big no no anyways. This video explores what could happen when that etiquette is ignored.
