That's the epitome of a scam bud. Coming from a younger generation guy who's seen all these things with the growth of the internet and it's subsequent scams... I call bullschit... But you could always google a review of it
 
By, the way, you need to remove that link from your post. The site has loggers on it as well. So anyone who clicked on that site link he put there, you need to empty your cache and do a quick scan. Thanks!
