Don't have a clue. I do know that what I fly now has a spot on the circuit breaker panel for LASAR that isn't used any more.

You can get an approved electronic system for the 7 cylinder Jacobs R-755. The system is installed on one side and replaces/updates the original Bendix distributor. The link has information on the parts and certification process. maybe you could just not hook up the extra wire

For 4-cyl systems, Electroair:

They have a 6-cyl system for experimental. I am going from my relatively poor memory here, but I seem to recall someone from the company told me they are working on the STC for the 6-cyl kit. I'd need to ping them back to ask.
