Thinking of flying down to the Space Coast to watch SLS at the end of month. It's going to be crowded. Anyone fly into Space Coast Regional (TIX), Merrit Island (COI), or Arthur Dunn Airpark (X21) to watch a big launch event? Doesn't look like they have camping at any of those.

Ferrying a plane from Chicago to Denver. Cruise on the PZL Koliber is only 95kts so I think I’ll make a stop within a few hours of Denver. There’s North Platte, NE but any other recommendations for a small town stop for dinner and a night stay? Maybe an airport near a lake or river?

This will be helpful. The lower 48 and Alaska is my goal. Drove my Corvette to all of them so it'd be fun to fly over the places I've seen from the ground. Didn't think it'd be possible to do it in a week!

I was short time this trip but when the CFI talked about what they do out of Hana I put it on my list for next time. That sounds awesome!

Had a great flight with Maui Aviators! Similar to Gary's map but we went all the way around Haleakala. I took off left seat from PHOG but we landed at Hana so I could get the better view from the right seat. Very expensive but the scenery was amazing.
