They have tie-down spots for only four aircraft. They do plan to place a portapotty out there. I was the 58th pilot to contact them. It's first-come first-serve.
Does the law for this venue allow for calculating percentage of responsibility? I've seen lawsuits where the jury calculates damages and assigns part of the fault to the plaintiff which still allows the plaintiff to collect the rest of the judgment from the defendant(s).
Speaking of assessing costs to the losing party, I observed a civil trial in an Arizona court a few years ago. Plaintiff fell and alleged injuries in defendants' home. Insurance offered to settle but was rejected by plaintiff. Jury found for defendants.
