I'm currently based at KDAY. Nice airport, the controllers are friendly and the folks at Wright Brothers Aviation treat us well. We frequent KMGY also and a good option if you want to stay out of the Class C. First Flight Aviation is the servicing FBO and they do a good job. The Wright Flyer...

Bob Gardner has a pretty good book called "The Complete Multi-Engine Pilot". He may even be on this forum. I enjoyed it. Of course if you have an instructor picked out they may have an opinion. Good luck! David
