So a FAA counselor would know these items for the right interview?

The last letter I received from FAA they needed a addiction evaluation and a signed statement, wasn’t able to get that in time, no criminal record or any other incidents besides this. I’m a 70hr student pilot working on PPL , would love to finish if I could.

My medical was denied for past dui. Faa needs a substance abuse evaluation. I tried to get this done before it was denied but wasn’t able too in time. I’m currently in the Kansas City area and looking for a AME or someone that’s approved for this. Any help would be appreciated.
