Fair enough. But, if you'd prefer to be so specific, then you'd have to add an impact & time. You'd have to say "how much lead is required to cause X impact over T time?" I don't know that answer, and I'm not sure that anyone does since all humans are different. However if we're forced to...

Forget for a minute the source of the lead, forget that there are other things in the universe that are bad for you, forget that you grew up where everyone had minor lead poisoning. Do you agree or disagree -- lead is bad for humans.
