    St Barths anybody?

As Mtuomi said, First year captains easily make about 80K and after a couple of years, you should be way above 120K a year. Schedule is pretty good, Little to none night flying so you're always on the ground before sunset and airborne after sunrise most likely. Heres another video from couple...

It's not listed on Foreflight or Skyvector just because there's only Jepp Charts! But they have VORs, VOR/DMEs and RNAVs approaches! If you're willing, the company I work for is Hiring!!

    St Barths anybody?

Somewhere between 80 and 90 is a good number. Those hills are pretty close when you fly a plane that will do 200+ knots easily. Sadly, theres no Instrument approaches to this airport. The best option is shooting the RNAV into St Maarten and breaking off direct to St Barths once you have visual!

Little french island in the Caribbean. About 15 miles south east of St Maarten's Princess Juliana airport. Pilots are required to do a checkout with an authorized instructor. If anybody wants to do that, let me know and I'll get you an instructor! Heres a video of my flight in the PC-12...

    VFR flight in Puerto Rico

Yup. TJIG is usually using RWY09, however, when wind shifts, you get to see big jets like Gulfstreams, Challengers etc, landing this way! definitely a treat for the pilots and the people on the road next to the approach end!

    Talking to ATC

I believe taking the Tower tour is the best thing to help new pilots get calm when speaking to an ATC... meeting an Air Traffic Controller gives you the reality check that you surely are speaking to another human being that has an understanding mind, not a machine that requires a certain input...
