I woke up one day and all of a sudden I can't eat dairy cuz it makes me sick. My life was ruined!!! No more cheese, no more ICE CREAM! And I see a lot of cheese in this thread.......:-( Thank God Ben & Jerrys make a pretty good almond milk ice cream that is dairy free. But still...it SUCKS...

I can edit manuals in my sleep and honestly aviation tech writers are hard to find I'm sure. I still do a little bit of it on the side when needed like a RVSM I did not too long ago. But MEL's........nooooooo!!!! I used to do a lot of Operation Manuals and Maintenance Manuals.
