    Ozempic/Wegovy

I wonder why guys who take the little blue pill don’t have to have a complete heart work-up.

    Ozempic/Wegovy

I hear what you’re saying, and you’re an actual doc, so I’ll take your word for it. I’ve read that diabetics are to be prescribed ozempic. Technically, as I understand it, using Wegovy to treat diabetes would be an off-label use and not FDA approved. That’s where my question comes from. Are...

    Ozempic/Wegovy

Just out of curiosity, why the diabetes worksheet? Wegovy is not approved for diabetes. Maybe the FAA allows it, but that would be an off-label use, right? Just trying to understand why a SI would be required for an on-label medication that isn’t on the do not fly or do not issue list

    Bose Headset X repair questions

Got mine today. Zack, these are amazing! This is how Bose should have done it. If I had another Bose X, I'd buy yours to replace even non broken yokes.

For Sale: Aircraft Cessna 170b Raffle

Guy in California. Happens to be the guy I bought my plane from. He thought he was out of the flying game for a while. Guess not!

    Anyone a Franchisee?

You're splitting hairs. The owner in the story collected the taxes due, and stole them.

Why are people afraid of Class B?

The first time I landed at an uncontrolled field was on my XC solo. I was nervous as hell, worried about NORDO guys or just not having someone telling me what to do. I trained at the busiest GA airports in the US, flew through the Class B all the time, and it was the uncontrolled field that...

    Insurance woes

I just bought a '63 C model. I have 82 hours TT. 4 in retracts. $1700 year, ground and motion. $0 deductible. 1,000,000/100k liability. $51k hull. They only require 5 hours dual and 5 hours solo prior to carrying passengers.

    Davis-Monthan Air Base

I've been wanting to do this tour, but now I'm wondering. AZ is not a Real ID state. Our driver's licenses read "NOT FOR FEDERAL IDENTIFICATION" in red letters. I wonder if I would need to bring my passport, even as an AZ resident?

    Rotting Planes. Sad.

Flat tires, leaking fuel, leaking windows, missing avionics, etc etc. It's apparent that none of the 3 have moved in quite a long time. I actually sent letters to all 3 of the listed owners just to see if I'd get any response. I didn't.

    Rotting Planes. Sad.

I don't recall the RG. I'll look next time I'm there. The planes at the end are definitely worse. I just haven't walked up there. There's a Beech Skipper that's just in front of the one's I took pictures of, closest to the runway, that has all the glass broken in it from hail, I guess. I...

    Final FAA Hangar Rules

Technically yes, but I was referring to owned hangars. If you're on the airport property, you're leasing the land and therefore don't really own it. And you have to follow the rules. It's no different than a landlord saying you can't run a business out of your apartment or sublease it. Eta...
