I liked your suggestions except for that "need to be there by" thing... I have specifically arranged my life so that NO ONE's schedule is imposed on me. We home school and I have passive income. Clocks are mostly irrelevant to me. "Get-there-itis" killed a friend of mine. It will not kill me.

And please excuse my "Newbie" ignorance, but the used (even low engine time) 421B's seems like a LOT of airplane for a very low price (generally speaking). Why is that?
