I’m pretty sure you’ll be hard pressed to find an available hangar anywhere in Southern California much less the LA area. If you can find one, expect to pay $750 USD on up.

I definitely agree that the rating says “multi engine” and not multi propeller but what happens if o e of those chains break, like the gentleman said?

Let’s pretend Wilbur Wright needed to be certificated prior to flying the Wright Flyer. Question is, would he have needed a single engine or multi engine rating? It had one engine but two propellers.

I went that route and discovered that if you make it all the way back home with your plane and discover something wrong with it, in any way that was avionics technician induced, you’re kinda screwed on getting it fixed. Ask me how I know this. Here are some issues I had after flying back home...
