EDO 2130 Floats for Sale. Located in San Francisco. These were intended for our seaplane in San Francisco, but once we got new floats, disassembled the plane, and started making airplane noises we found some serious trauma in our 172... So the insurance company owns that now, and we're stuck...

I checked Verizon and it was pay as you go but by data amount versus months, yet it would expire... So if you buy 10gb of data today, you had 60 or 90 days to use it.. then you'd have to add more to the SIM card after. I did 60GB for $90 (plus $10 for a new sim and activation..) for a cross...

The long skinny crappy road leading out of SJ West has been replaced by a huge new toll road. Was often getting pushed out of the way at 60-80mph. That replaces the old crappy mudslid roads for at least near Jaco. Then the road down (Pacific Highway?) is 2 lane mostly but newly paved and nice...

Yeah. Did a little off the grid stuff at a treehouse community down near Golfito. Finca Bellavista is the name, highly recommended in all respects! Flew UA into San Jose, rented a small 4x4 and drove 3-4hrs down, stopped along the way at Jaco for a night. Very touristy in the beach area...
