From what I've seen those lease back agreements with a flight school are usually structured in a way that is a great deal for the flight school and not so much for the aircraft owner.

More likely they could not find qualified people in the USA willing to work for minimum wage to answer the phone. First we export all the manufacturing we can and now we export all the service/support work that we can. One day China and India will be coming to the USA for cheap labor.

My guess is that just styling. I work for a supplier to the auto industry. We manufacture a lot of plastic parts for them. Most of what I have seen for aerodynamic efficiency has been in under body panels to reduce drag and improve fuel efficiency.

There are times when I have found it beneficial to keep a voice mail for future reference. It is better for me to have the e-mail with the wave file rather than keep it in my voice mail on our pbx. We are not storing anything in "The Cloud" so that is not a concern to me.
