I am installing an Aspen E5 and a trutrack auto pilot in my 1964 Pa 28-235.
Has any one done this and how did you arrange the gages and what gages did you take out.
I’m assuming I’ll replace the attitude and DG with the E5
I routinely do this out of the San Francisco area. An intersection works as well. The controller wants you on a victor airway and Once in the system it is easy to ask for more gps direct routes. Ask to go to the FAF fix direct
I have a 1964 Cherokee 235 and I need to install a heated pitot. Was the wiring in place when it was manufactured? Is there a reasonable add on part or kilt available?
