    First Class Medical

I wanna go for it but I have a question: if I fail to pass the 1st class ... would that invalidate my current 3rd class? (assuming that I am still fit to pass the 3rd class ... assuming the reason I didn't pass the 1st class is that I just don't have the extra "umph" to pass the more...

    Scary ATC Tape

How? That's easy! :D 1 - you don't get a weather breifing or 2 - you get a weather briefing and you don't pay attention to it and 3 - you don't pay attention to the REAL weather outside your window once you are up in the air and 4 - you don't keep yourself up to date with distant weather...

    Plane Down Coney Island Beach

I still can't believe this. I saw the name of the pilot and I still can't link him to the person. This was one of my instructors at Linden back when I was a student pilot. I talked to him just saturday morning. I was there to drop my plane for a mechanic at Linden. I stopped by the school...

    Citabrias ...

ooooook. You definetly proved you can do loops in a Cit. Soooo... how easy is it to land and fly "normally"? By and large the Pitts looks like a pain in the butt to takeoff and especially land. Is the Cit more forgiving?

    Citabrias ...

ok ... :D ... Cits sound cool too. No problem with them. As I said, I know squat about aerobatics. All I know is that I took ONE ride ONE in a Pitts and I can't sleep anymore. I dream of it before I go to sleep. I dream of it when I wake up. I dream of it when I eat breakfast. I dream of it...

    Citabrias ...

Hum ... what an interesting notion. The F15 is indeed an "high wing" ... but then again it seems like the F14 and F18 are also high wing. Coincidentally, the F15 has a tad more power than a Citabria, so wouldn't be surprised if the F15 it can do loops ... probably better than a Pitts ...

    Citabrias ...

Ok ... more than one person mentioned Citabrias as aerobatic planes. While I know that they are indeed capable of some aerobatics ... I am wondering how good they really are. My only practical experience is with the Pitts ... which probably doesn't stand a chance with Extras and the like...

    This is so ... BAD!!!

I haven't seriously looked into a partnership for the pitts .. yet. I am already in a parternship for a Cherokee 180 .. .which I like but now it doesnt' cut it anymore. So I would have to get out of that one and look for partners for a Pitts ... This is somewhat down the road. I am sure that...

    My first aerobatic lesson.

Hello all. How nice of you guys to set up a forum for Aerobatics. :D Here goes the story of my first lesson (yes first, i plan on getting MORE). Marco walks to the instructor and introduces himself. Marco is already out of his mind with terror. Rationality left the premises a long time ago...
