True, but I was also vectored off of my flight plan and then told ‘Resume own Nav’ so I am going to have to fly Direct SOMEwhere. My question is where.

Minor frustration with Garmin here. When looking at 'Recent Frequencies' on the G3x, it will show the designation of the frequency. (Tower, Approach, AWOS, etc.). The GTN, however, just shows the frequency. Not sure if there is a fix or I missed a configuration somewhere. Just annoying.

Same question here. I did notice that section 35.4.15 of the install manual has an image that shows 'Add Startup Images from SD Card', but it's greyed out. I'm going to do some testing and I'll let you know what I find.

Update: The Crank is shot. #3 & #4 Journals are 'cracked beyond repair'. Price of a new crank is $10K - 11K depending on where you look, but availability is reported to be JUNE! OUCH! I called around looking for one, and people just started laughing at me when I asked if they had any.

Agree. I would have preferred an IRAN, maybe a communications breakdown between my AP& and I. Good point on the time, it's been over 10 years since new. My poll is showing (14/4) that the pricing is reasonable, so I just need to get over it. :D
