In the early '80's my Dad (F84 & F86 pilot) asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up and I said, "a computer engineer." He looked at me and said, "where in the hell is the future in that?" I took the computer job and did very very well. However, moral of the story, it's not about the money, it's about the passion.
