    First class medical with Schizoid

I agree as for class 1 and 2 class 3 should be a DL at worst basic medical.

    Sport Pilot ADHD Meds

If the drug label says not to operate machines, or drive a car likely that would be a problem. Has anyone ever heard of the FAA performing a drug test on someone. Not even sure they can legally do that without a court order. I suppose could end up in a situation where have a problem land on a...

Youtube Pilot and her dad perish in TN

Hate to be the one who has to watch those videos from the two Gopro cameras they recovered. Hopefully those videos don't end up on that YouTube channel "What You Haven't Seen".

Scuba diving decompression sickness 11 year ago

Probably they got a medical renewed right away after the event, so all the treatment was recent and the doctors cleared them to dive again. I was given the same paper clearance to dive again. The problem in my case is 13 year laps of time and records are not accessible anymore. Likely the FAA...

how did you guys access your medical history?

How long ago was that? If it was 2003 probably some kind record somewhere if it was 1975 likely not. The only good thing about being old is doctors I went too are all long dead their offices are gone. My parents are gone also I have no clue what insurance they used back then. If you don't know...

Doctor recommends stress test during annual visit

What was your wifes CAC score from what I have heard they won't do anything unless it's 300 or 400. Mine was 15 they said nothing to worry about at this point. I have a friend who got a CAC score test of 0 he had chest pain went to the ER found 99% blocked soft plaque buildup. ER said CAC CT...

    Student Keeps Getting Motion Sickness

Does he get motion sickness going through same maneuvers when someone else is the PIC. If not then unlikely to be motion sickness. Anxiety can cause someone to vomit.

    Student Keeps Getting Motion Sickness

My wife has terrible motion sickness she can't even look at a phone for more than few seconds while riding in a car so she usually drives on long trips she doesn't get sick if she drives. When we got scuba certified we tried everything to get her out on a boat, but nothing worked bands around...

Scuba diving decompression sickness 11 year ago

You consider not seeking a medical as hostility or are you referring to my previous posts from last year yes those were hostile, I agree with that. Now that SP is what I want relieved me of having to deal with it. Your friend had bladder cancer maybe caused the bend who knows. The doctors who...

Doesn't matter anyway not going to bother with a medical. Getting my Sport Pilot after looking everything over what I want to do there is no need for a PPL. If they get MOSAIC done like they are proposing that just be a bonus but not required.

Updated FAA Medical Processes / Repost from Reddit

I saw that on Reddit this one reminded me of posts I read on this forum. "He hopes this also improves the problem where AMEs are sending in hundreds of pages of documentation when the FAA only needed like 4."

    Take Action! MOSAIC comment period.

Night VFR seems as if they want a medical or basic medical doesn't make any sense why a light sport pilot would want to get a medical. FAA I guess can't let go of that medical completely. What is odd they say because sport pilots without any night VFR training can be pressured to fly during...

    1st Class med question

He wasn't arrested he was written a ticket for an infraction the police wrote up a phony charge of walking through a restricted area the DA refused to prosecute. In the end he plead guilty to an infraction like paying a speeding ticket. Why would anyone need to report that. I would say this...
