Looks like the general consensus here is multi-grade for the winter.... but 2 different camps on brand...
The bargain blue bottle Phillips X/C 20W-50 ($5.85/gt) seems to have more fans than the more spendy AeroShell W15W-50 ($8.80/qt)

I'm flying behind a Conti 0-300 filled with Aeroshell 100 in Mississippi where winter temps occasionally approach 20-30F

I use the RAM mount with suction cup mount on windshield side
works great but occasionally comes unstuck causing my iPad mini to fall to the floor (carpeted)
trying to figure out what I could adhere a NATO mount to in order to duplicate the location but not put the goopy 3M adhesive on my window
can you send a pic or link for the flight level... unless this is the right one?
their website shows lots of bags but none called the "Flight Level" bag, perhaps discontinued?

it spins ok but is noisy..... the bigger problem is both bulbs are out
I don't really want to replace the bulbs ($20/ea) just to find there is a wiring...
