Madison has a restaurant in the FBO. So it is a good pick. The last few years I have always spent the night in Madison prior to flying into OSH. It makes the flight nicer being well rested and fed.

Me and another member of our flying club flew up last year and each had our own tent. They didn't mind as long as we kept both tents in the footprint of our airplane. Now if you bring the entire neighborhood and each had their own tent they might care.

Put-in-bay was $11 yesterday when we flew up there. Lots of traffic in the bay so keep your eyes open and definitely avoid flying near the monument. Dave
