Can't seem to get the profile picture to upload. Have checked size and in both pixel size and Byte size, (no pun intended) they are within guidlines but when I try to upload I get a "file failed to upload" message.

Limited budget would be around $4-5,000. includes installation if possible. I have a Garmin 496 that works well for gps navigation. I like the sound of having 2 good radios in the stack.
