Do a google seach for "STMP slots" and look around. You will find several companies out there that have web based programs that will let you compete against the armies of dispatchers for slots into STMP events. Good Luck

There are several places on the web that use computer based systems that allow you to compete with the rooms full of dispatchers for STMP slots (no help at LGA, JFK, or DCA). Do a google search for "STMP slots" and you will find what you are looking for. General Aviation airports are not closed...
