NASCR4 Arrival into Concord Regional KJQF

Flew out of KVKX into KJQF(Concord) earlier today doing the NASCR4 arrival from LYH transition. I was flying 4000’ on V476 for lower headwinds and after LYH was told to climb to 6000’.. I requested remain at 4K but was told MVA wouldn’t allow it. What am I missing?Any reason why?

    Mustang Mach E

No stats to run by, but here on the east coast I see Tesla's all over the place on I-95 with out of state tags.. Though I have a PA24 for trips, I do only own the Model S and occasionally do a 500-600 mile trips with one supercharger stop.. No other manufacturer has this network(yet.)

Where would you have diverted to?

At the time I doubt, don't know, the captain knew of the injured passenger. PHL is my vote.
