    Hence the implimentation of E-Loran is necessary. Its the new and improved version of old C-loran. GPS signals are very easily jammed.

    Keep in mind that ATC will treat you like one aircraft. If you intend to stay one mile apart think about splitting up for landing since it is very hard to sequence your approach at that distance

    Understand the system. The original controller will not activate your ifr flight plan since in reality you would be ifr at that time. He simply files it in the circular file. File your ifr flight plan from the point at which you want to activate ifr.
