im a ppl and looking to do my instrument at minimal cost. this guy is offering an express IR course for $125 a dual hour on a 172. he also says that you get free lodging and use of his simulator. he is doing this because he "LOVES TO TEACH FLYING AND I LOVE TO FLY." is this legit? will i...
