I did my initial multi rating on a seminole. it was quite and experience after training on a 172. Several hundred hours later i got checked out and did my commercial multi on a seneca II and it was awesome. i really enjoyed the performance and capability of the seneca at a quite reasonable price...
full rental power, hard landings, side loading, and god knows what other types of abuse pretty much makes lease back a deal for the flight school not for the owner. you are pretty much lending your plane to the renter and making a profit to the operator. not a good deal imho.
