I grew some chocolate habaneros last year and ate one raw. It had me crying with snot coming out of my nose and my mouth felt like it was on fire. Great flavor though and overall strangely enjoyable. The greek yogurt I had greatly reduced the pain, moreso than milk.
I completely agree. I haven't flown the RNAV circle to land yet, but the first time I flew OKB VOR-A down to minimums was literally an eye opening experience.
It was also allowed, unlike circling 27R at night.

Almost the same thing happened to me as a ST. Decided not to make any changes and fly straight & level and I was out of it in a few seconds although it felt like eternity.
I especially like where Jerry tells his co-pilots not to take controls yet and then purposely steepens his turn to what looks like 60*, then handing the controls to him.
