With the upgrades as seen in the "Panel Makeover" segment kicking off season 3 of The Aviators, my trusty 696 is no longer required. I tried keeping it around for a little while but with what's in the 210 now it just doesn't make any sense keeping the 696...

While we do have a lot of fun, I don't know that a behind the scenes episode would be all that exciting! :-) We'll try to keep rolling on bloopers this season though... plenty of those!

We've done that as well. Placing a lav mic in an ear cup is a great way to get easy audio. We clean in up in post though. We've also used adapters plugged into the headset audio cable directly. Incredibly clean sound. But I digress.
