    ATTENTION Piper Arrow III owners.

Well that’s pretty obvious :p lol, I’m just asking because sometimes when you land at an airport you can just tell the lineman “Fill it to the tabs” making it a bit easier and avoiding errors. I forgot to mention I don’t yet own this aircraft, so no, I don’t. But I could google one. But you...

    ATTENTION Piper Arrow III owners.

I have a simple question. The Arrow III has a total fuel capacity of 77 gal of fuel vs 50 on the earlier models. Is there a “visual” way to know when the tanks are at 50? Like tabs or something like that? If not, how many gallons of usable fuel do you have at “tabs” vs the 72 usable when it’s...

What is the best way to study for the Instrument Written Test?

Hey @Cogito , I took a look at Dauntless after I read your post (as well as others suggesting it). I found 2 different ones for IFR fixed wing but I’m not sure which one I should get. It seems like one focus on the check ride and oral, and the other one on the written. They seem pricey but I...

Agree. Agree. And Agree. Yep, I heard of them thru Instagram. Their website is https://wingswap.com/. Interface is clean, they just don’t have a lot of inventory.

Best Site to Find Airplanes for Sale

Any examples of some pages? Hey, that’s cool too! The only problem that I have with blogging sites’ classifieds is the inability to “sort”. I can only do a general “search” but I can’t just go and narrow the search results to certain criteria’s.

Best Site to Find Airplanes for Sale

Yes, I’m pretty close to knowing EXACTLY what I want. Based on very extended research and our mission (my GF and I) we are looking for a Piper Arrow (prefer Arrow III but a II would do). 200hp engine NA, prefer 1975 or newer, prefer <8,000 hrs TT, Garmin 430 (prefer 530), ADSB out (prefer in AND...

Best Site to Find Airplanes for Sale

Yeah, their website is a big turn off. Very old-school, non-mobile, basic html site. But I hear the info is good.

Best Site to Find Airplanes for Sale

Other than Controller, Trade-A-Plane, Wing Swap, and Barn Stormers; are there any other reliable (and easy to use) sites to find airplanes for sale? Which one do you like best and why? What’s the best way to (start to) shop for airplanes?

Is AHRS worth an additional $260?

Will it work with FltPlanGo? (Because I don’t have my instrument yet and sometimes I go months without flying I haven’t pulled the trigger on a paid subscription )

Is AHRS worth an additional $260?

I’m flying a rental PA28-161 (Cherokee Warrior) with an old garmin GPS. (N1970H). I use FltPlanGo on my iPad as a navigation aid. I am not IFR rated.
