Learned in a C-170 great airplane to putter around in or go a short distance. The 170 has the fabric wings, 170A Metal wings small flaps, 170B Metal tapered wings fowler flaps.

This is what I did in my hanger, and I found a wireless remote I could wire in so i could guide it in with the tow bar with one hand and control the winch with the other. I also stop the winch once it is up the hill and push the last couple feet.

Thanks that was what I thought but started second guessing myself and missed the "Date of Issue" when I looked it up.

I tried searching for the answer and I am sure it has been covered but I was not able to find it. My question is: If a medical certificate is issued before a person turn 40, say a couple months when does it expire? 1. in 5 years or 2. is it 24 mo after the exam since the person is now over 40...
