    Prop was done about 6 years ago. Has some wear and corrosion. New Barry control mounts and no change.

    Had the dynamic balancing done twice. No difference. Frequency is in tune with the engine RPM's. One thing is it's fairly smooth with the cowl off. Put the cowl on and I feel way more vibration. Can't fly it with no cowl so? But I have examined every millimeter of the cowl for rubbing or metal...
